If something in Speak2Work doesn’t work as expected, or you want to suggest new professions or lessons, you can contact us directly. We usually answer within 1–2 business days.

What to include in your message

This information helps us reproduce and fix the issue faster:

• Your device model (for example: iPhone 14, iPad 11").
• iOS / iPadOS version.
• Speak2Work app version (see Settings → About inside the app, if available).
• Short description: what you tried to do and what went wrong.
• Screenshots or short screen recording (optional but very helpful).

Common questions

• “Is the app free?”
  The current version of Speak2Work that you see in the App Store is free to use and does not include in-app purchases.
• “Do you store my interview answers?”
  We don’t ask for your real CV, employer names, or personal interview details. If you send us screenshots or recordings, please hide sensitive information.
• “Can schools or programs use Speak2Work?”
  Yes. If you represent a school, settlement agency or workforce program in Canada, contact us at [email protected] for partnership options.
