What to include in your message

Common support topics

Premium access not unlocking

Make sure the purchase was completed in your Apple Account, then try Restore Purchases inside the app. If the problem continues, email support with your device model, iOS version, app version, and screenshots.

Restore purchases

If you subscribed before, use Restore Purchases inside the app. Restore is available from the onboarding paywall and from the locked-content paywall. This is especially useful after reinstalling the app or changing devices.

Audio playback issues

Check device volume, silent mode, Bluetooth output, and whether another app is using audio at the same time. If possible, mention the exact Listening screen or lesson where playback failed.

Lesson or stage not opening

Include the exact profession, module, and stage name in your email so the issue can be checked quickly. Mention whether the lesson was expected to be free or premium.

Language or translation issues

Mention your selected interface or translation language and attach a screenshot of the screen where the issue appears.

Subscription management

Subscription billing, cancellation, renewal, and payment method changes are managed through your Apple Account settings.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open your Apple subscription settings on your device and manage or cancel the plan there.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies and processes.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Use Restore Purchases from the paywall inside the app. In the current version, Restore Purchases is available from the onboarding paywall and from the locked-content paywall.

What content is free in the current version?

In the current version, Stage 1 content is free in each profession, including Reading Stage 1, Listening Stage 1, Grammar Stage 1, and Vocabulary Stage 1. The Landscaper profession is currently available fully free. Available free content may change in future updates.

Does Speak2Work require an account?

No account is required for the current version.
