These Terms of Use govern your use of the Speak2Work mobile application and related website pages at sunseaapps.com. By using Speak2Work, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Speak2Work

Speak2Work is an educational mobile application designed to help users practice English for jobs, workplace communication, and interview situations. Content may be bundled with the app or downloaded from Speak2Work servers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Speak2Work. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use the app with permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Free and Premium Access

Speak2Work may offer both free content and premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions. The exact free and premium content available in the app may vary by version.

In the current release, Job Interview Basics Stages 1 and 2 are free, while later Basic stages require premium access. The Landscaper profession is currently offered fully free. Other profession paths may require premium access, including profession paths whose lesson or audio content is downloaded after selection.

Available free content, fully free professions, premium plans, billing periods, trial offers, pricing, and feature availability may change in future updates. The app displays the current offering, price, billing period, and trial terms, where applicable, before purchase.

4. Subscription terms

• Speak2Work may offer monthly, yearly, or other subscription products made available through the App Store.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, unless an eligible free trial applies.
• If a free trial or introductory offer is displayed and you are eligible, the trial or offer duration and the price that follows it will be shown before you subscribe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
• Eligibility for introductory offers or free trials is determined by Apple and may be limited by subscription group or prior participation.

5. Billing, entitlement management, restores, and refunds

All billing is handled by Apple through the App Store. Speak2Work uses RevenueCat to help manage subscription status, premium entitlements, offerings, paywalls, and purchase restoration.

If you previously purchased premium access, you may use the restore purchases function where available inside the app. Restore results depend on the Apple Account and the purchase information returned by Apple. Refund requests, if any, are subject to Apple’s policies and processes.

6. Downloadable and remote content

Some profession paths may download lesson data, audio, images, or other learning resources from Speak2Work servers after you choose the profession. Download times depend on your network connection, device, server availability, and the size of the content package.

Downloaded content may be cached locally on your device for faster or offline use. I may update, replace, or remove remote content as the product evolves. Availability of remote content is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.

7. Product experiments and feature configuration

Speak2Work may use remote configuration or controlled product experiments to compare different user experiences, such as onboarding flows, feature presentation, or other interface changes. Users may therefore see different versions of certain non-core product experiences.

These experiments do not change your Apple purchase rights or the premium entitlement attached to a valid subscription.

8. License

I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Speak2Work for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable App Store rules.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app or its content without permission;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law;
• interfere with app functionality, security, subscription verification, backend services, or availability;
• attempt to bypass premium access controls or content restrictions;
• use the app for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

10. Educational purpose

Speak2Work is an educational tool. I do not guarantee employment outcomes, job offers, interview success, language test results, salary outcomes, professional certification, or immigration outcomes.

Examples involving interview answers, wages, job duties, workplace scenarios, or professional terminology are provided for educational practice and should not be treated as individualized legal, immigration, financial, employment, or professional advice.

11. Availability and updates

I may update, improve, modify, test, replace, or discontinue app features at any time. Some features, professions, stages, downloadable resources, pricing presentations, or access models may change as the product evolves.

12. Third-party services

Speak2Work relies on third-party platform and infrastructure services, including Apple services for distribution and purchases, RevenueCat for subscription and entitlement management, Firebase for analytics, diagnostics, configuration or experiments, and cloud providers for selected backend and content-delivery functions.

Availability of these third-party services may affect certain app features. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.

13. Disclaimer

Speak2Work is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. I do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, continuous network access, or permanent availability of every lesson or profession.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunities, employment prospects, or business arising from your use of Speak2Work.

15. Termination

I may suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated or if required for legal, security, subscription-integrity, or operational reasons.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

17. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. When I do, I will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Apple Standard EULA

Where applicable, use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA.
