These Terms of Use govern your use of the Speak2Work mobile application and related website pages at sunseaapps.com. By using Speak2Work, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Speak2Work

Speak2Work is an educational mobile application designed to help users practice English for jobs, workplace communication, and interview situations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Speak2Work. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use the app with permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Free and Premium Access

Speak2Work may offer both free content and premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions. In the current version, Stage 1 content in each profession is available for free, including Reading Stage 1, Listening Stage 1, Grammar Stage 1, and Vocabulary Stage 1.

In some versions of the app, one or more professions may also be offered fully free. In the current version, the Landscaper profession is fully free. Premium access unlocks additional stages and professions.

Available free content, fully free professions, premium plans, billing periods, trial offers, pricing, and feature availability may change in future updates. The app displays the current offering at the time of use or purchase.

4. Subscription terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• If a free trial is offered, payment begins after the trial ends unless canceled before renewal.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Billing, restores, and refunds

All billing is handled by Apple through the App Store. If you previously purchased premium access, you may use the restore purchases function where available inside the app. Refund requests, if any, are subject to Apple’s policies and processes.

6. License

I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Speak2Work for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable App Store rules.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, or commercially exploit the app or its content without permission;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law;
• interfere with app functionality, security, or availability;
• use the app for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

8. Educational purpose

Speak2Work is an educational tool. I do not guarantee employment outcomes, job offers, interview success, language test results, or immigration outcomes.

9. Availability and updates

I may update, improve, modify, or discontinue app features at any time. Some features, professions, stages, or access models may change as the product evolves.

10. Disclaimer

Speak2Work is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. I do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunities, or business arising from your use of Speak2Work.

12. Termination

I may suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

14. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Apple Standard EULA

Where applicable, use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA.
